About Us
The WLI Center of Excellence is a non-profit and collaborative academic community dedicated to teaching, scholarship, research, and service.
Our goal is to provide high quality, relevant and globally accessible educational programs for the general public and for professionals. To achieve this, we draw on a diverse range of disciplines to prepare students for the challenges of the modern world. Our long-term aim is to become a fully accredited, degree-granting institution.
The Center of Excellence is a DIVISION OF WORLD LIFE INSTITUTE INCORPORATED. Its primary focus, since 2016, has been the Global Nuclear Awareness Program.
In the USA, 1987 to 1989, World Life Institute received its Certificate of Incorporation from the Department of State/Charities Bureau of the State of New York. It is registered with the State as a non-profit corporation.
World Life Institute registered with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 corporation. This designation indicates that it is non-profit and therefore not subject to paying federal income tax.
In Canada, World Life Institute has been registered as a Non-Profit Corporation since 1987.
Accomplishments & Milestones
The Center of Excellence has been providing students with a rich and diverse learning environment since the year 2017. The GNA program is a culmination of many years of teaching and training others on the effects and consequences of ionizing radiation. The details are provided on the WLI History page.

World Life Institute (WLI) offered a five week intensive workshop series and certificate program exploring a wide range of issues – from nuclear energy foundations to the global consequences of regional nuclear war.
