World Life Institute (WLI) is a non-profit humanitarian and educational organization. Our commitment is to address suffering and restoring the human spirit throughout the world. WLI draws on a wide range of scientific, academic, professional and creative disciplines.

Founded in 1987, WLI is a 501(c)3 organization in the United States and a registered charity in Canada. We collaborate locally and internationally with other organizations and institutions that share our concerns.

WLI’s programs embrace a wide range of activities, including:

  • Advanced education and awareness programs through the Center of Excellence

  • Aid to war orphans and other child victims of war and disaster through Project Life

  • ESL, Civics and Arts programs through the World Life Institute Education Center

  • Spiritual research and education through our Esoteric and Religious Studies Program

  • Distribution of academic, scientific and inspirational writings through the WLI Publishing House

  • Clinical and scientific research on the medical effects of ionizing radiation through the Uranium Medical Research Center.

All WLI faculty and other staff serve on a purely volunteer basis.

The WLI Center of Excellence is a non-profit and collaborative academic community dedicated to teaching, scholarship, research, and service.

Our goal is to support life-long learning and transformation through public and professional educational programs of the highest quality. To achieve this, we draw on a diverse range of disciplines to prepare students for the challenges of the modern world. Our long-term aim is to become a fully accredited, degree-granting institution.

Program Goals

The Global Nuclear Awareness Studies program will endeavor to:

  1. Build science-based knowledge and awareness of nuclear issues among the professionals and community members participating, rather than providing specific training or hard skills.

  2. Empower program participants, with the benefit of the fact-based knowledge they gain, to better understand, appropriately contextualize, and effectively respond to current and future nuclear threats and events.

  3. Build competency in comprehending, assessing and effectively responding to nuclear threats and events.

  4. Raise awareness of global nuclear realities and their potential opportunities and threats for humanity among concerned community members and professionals.  

  5. Provide high-quality, accessible, science-based education on nuclear energy and radiation and their potential applications and risks.
